After Jeg Coughlin finished up driving chores at the NHRA National event held in Phoenix, Phil Unruh got his first chance to drive his new C7 Vette built and prepared by the crew at Race Tech. After sorting out a tire issue during the national event the car layed down consistant 6.24 to 6.25 ET’s at 230 MPH in testing and during the Division 7 race held the week after the national.
