SALES & LIABILITY POLICY
ORDER: By part number. Give name, complete address, phone number and payment method.
PAYMENT: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (please include security code from the back of the card) or certified check insures fastest delivery. UPS COD orders will be charged COD fees. Cashiers check or money order will be required upon delivery.
SHORTAGES AND OVERAGES: Shipping errors must be reported to Race Tech Race Cars & Components Inc within 48 hours of the receipt of merchandise and returned within the next five working days.
REPAIRS: All Products in need of repair or maintenance shall be sent to: Race Tech Race Cars & Components Inc, 403 MacArthur Lane, Burlington, NC 27217
BACK ORDERS: Orders or portions of orders for merchandise temporarily out of stock will be held on back order and shipped immediately when available.
FOREIGN ORDERS: All foreign orders must be fully prepaid. Customers are responsible for freight.
PRICES: Subject to change without notice.
LIABILITY:Race Tech Race Cars & Components, Inc. will not be liable for personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product that we manufacturer or sell. Race Tech Race Cars & Components has no control over the installation and/or use of its products. No warranty is expressed or implied. We will repair any product found to be defective, subject to our inspection.

RIGHTS RETAINED:Race Tech Race Cars & Components reserves the right to make changes in design or to make additions to or improvements upon any of our products at any time without incurring any obligations whatsoever to install the same or improve upon products previously sold.
