Coming off of a runner-up finish in Super Comp at the 2014 Gator Nationals, John Labbous finally sealed the deal with his final round win against Anthony Bertozzi at the 46th Annual Gator Nationals.
Labbous piloted his Race Tech Dragster through seven rounds of eliminations, defeating notable names such as Billy Leber and Brad Plourd in route to the final round. In the final round, Labbous used a slight starting line advantage over Bertozzi (also driving a Race Tech dragster) to win his second NHRA National Event.
