In what was to be a long rain delayed race, Travis Harvey took his Race Tech Top Dragster to the semi finals only to lose the round due to an ignition problem. With the Championship on the line Travis looked on as his title hope was in the hands of Allen O’brien. If Allen Wins against Danny Payne, Travis is the world champion.  Finishing second last year and making it this far again this year is a testimony to the consistency of the Carolina Kids driving skills, that being said Allen took the win and sealed the championship title bid for a deserving Travis Harvey.  Congratulations on your championship season!
